Great cases for small specimens

Received promptly and packaged professionally. The lids and bottoms have to be separated as they are die stamped. After cleaning the tab connectors the lids are left with a not so nice mark which is not very nice for showroom. All and all a good price at $21.80 for 12 membrane style display boxes for your inventory.

Gives both side views for any gems without having to remove them from the box and provides shock protection for more delicate type stomes.

Membrane boxes are the best way to store small (and sometimes expensive) meteorite fragments or slices. Membrane boxes are clear. They show the entire meteorite. Membranes boxes are pretty airtight. Meteorites are from space and start to degrade in earths atmosphere. (I also add tiny desiccant bag to keep moisture down - especially for iron meteorites) Membrane boxes suspend fragile or friable meteorite pieces. The surface of the membrane box is ideal for labeling printers, to help identify your meteorite.
Best of all...this site sells the cheapest membrane boxes !!.Period !! Thank you for giving me a way to preserve my hobby, cheaply !!
